Hatha Yoga Classes

Meditation is core to the teachings of Kriya Yoga, a path of action supportive of Self-realization. Hatha Yoga is an ancient system of physical practices which prepare the body to support deeper meditation. A number of classes which specifically emphasize deepening your meditation practice are offered. The intention is to elicit mental clarity through bringing the flow of energy in the body into balance—here the One Truth can be experienced. Classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners.
