Hatha Yoga & Meditation

In this class you will have an opportunity to move, breathe, and meditate with Shivani's gentle guidance. A 70-minute Flow for Strength practice will be followed by a 20-minute period of breathing and meditation. Modifications will be
given for all levels.
Julianne Shivani Rice is a Kriya Yoga initiate and Hatha Yoga instructor since 1985 and resides in Aptos, CA. Her inclusive teaching style has a dimension and depth that radiates gentleness, joy, and authenticity.
