Those who serve with the intention to help others often discover they have entered the stream of divine grace in which they, themselves, are helped. God shapes us as we surrender to being of service. —Yogacharya O’Brian

You are warmly invited to join us for this retreat day to honor and nourish those who have volunteered at CSE in the past year. The day will include meditation, inspiration, gentle yoga, reflection, sharing and will conclude with a time of fellowship as we enjoy lunch together.
