The time we spend in prayer and meditation sets the tone for how we experience our days—how we will approach, see, and engage everyone and everything we encounter. Paramahansa Yogananda advised, “Make a daily appointment with God and keep it.” No matter how proficient, or not, we are at meditation, that daily appointment illumines all the rest.
