Establish a strong foundation for steady, illuminating, satisfying, and successful practice of superconscious meditation. Learn how to meditate effectively, overcome the obstacles to your practice, and experience transformative higher states of consciousness.
This retreat includes:
- An introduction and overview of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the essential guide to meditation and skillful living
- Contemplation of essential sutras to inform and inspire spiritual transformation
- Insights into the processes of the mind and the nature of Absolute Reality
- Meditation exercises from the sutras to clarify the mental field
Sessions with Yogacharya include teachings on the sutras, meditation practice, contemplation, and Q&A. Additional sessions with CSE teachers include devotional chanting, hatha yoga, and morning puja for meditation.
Registration and a commitment to attend all sessions are required to participate and receive sutra study support materials. Video recordings will be available to support participants in different time zones.
RETREAT PROGRAM OFFERED ON DONATION BASIS
Registration fee covers basic administrative costs. The retreat itself is offered on a donation basis to support the CSE ministry and to continue offering online programs like this one. You can offer a donation during the registration
process or donate here
at anytime. You will also have an opportunity to contribute throughout the retreat.
