meditation retreat, especially designed to strengthen inner peace, build resilience,
encourage balance, and most importantly, provide an opportunity to experience
the indwelling divine presence. This retreat will focus on time-tested tools
for superconscious meditation as well as insights and practices for healthy, radiant
living.

KRIYA YOGA FOR SELF-CARE (Friday, October 23 / 1:00 PM-2:30 PM)
Rev. Sundari Jensen has been studying with her spiritual teacher, Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian since 1992. She is a Senior Kriya Yoga Teacher and serves as CSE’s Executive Director and Board President. As Provost of
Meru Institute, Rev. Sundari oversees the training and preparation of CSE teachers and leaders, as well as all classes and retreats related to yoga and meditation. In addition to being a Senior Kriya Yoga Teacher, Rev. Sundari is a certified
Hatha Yoga teacher, Meditation teacher, Vedic Counselor, and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist.

AYURVEDA FOR SELF-CARE
(Friday, October 23 / 3:00 PM-4:00 PM)
Rev. Dr. Laurel Trujillo began studying Kriya Yoga with Yogacharya O’Brian in 2002 and was ordained to teach in the Kriya Yoga tradition in 2014. She serves as host of CSE’s Yoga Hour podcast which focuses on topics related
to yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and spiritually conscious living. Rev. Trujillo also serves on the faculty of Meru Institute.
Dr. Trujillo served professionally as a physician for several years before transitioning into the role
of Medical Director of Quality at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation until retiring in 2014. For many years she has studied and practiced Ayurveda, the ancient system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems through
diet, herbal treatment, and yogic living.

VAASTU FOR SELF-CARE
(Saturday, October 24 / 1:00 PM-2:30 PM)
Irma Lovic, M.Div. is a CSE Ministry Intern, a certified Vedic Counselor and Meditation instructor, and serves on CSE staff. She has been studying Kriya Yoga philosophy and practice with her spiritual teacher, Yogacharya
O’Brian since 2015.
Irma’s professional background in Architecture and her interest in a holistic approach to design and living in harmony with our environment has led to her current study of Vaastu Shastra, an ancient Vedic tradition
& system of architecture, design, and sacred space that supports, nourishes, and protects our health, happiness, and fulfillment.

RETREAT PROGRAM OFFERED ON DONATION BASIS
Registration fee covers basic administrative costs. The retreat itself is offered on a donation basis to support the CSE ministry and to continue offering online programs like this one. You can offer a donation during the registration
process or donate here
at anytime. You will also have an opportunity to contribute throughout the retreat.
