Chair Yoga
with Suzette Pangrle
Four Tuesdays
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (PT)
Get
ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing chair-yoga
poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and
standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of
movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote immunity
boost, good digestion, and sound sleep. This class is suitable for all levels.
Suzette K. Pangrle, PhD has been practicing yoga since 2005 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at CSE in 2008. She is a Meru
Institute student with an emphasis in Yoga Studies. As a former Director of Engineering in Silicon Valley, Suzette understands the need to consciously bring balance to her life, and is passionate about sharing yoga with others, as a support for a
having healthy, balanced lifestyle.
