Radiant Living: Kriya Yoga Meditation Retreat

Wednesday Evening through Saturday Afternoon, July 22-25
Onsite at CSE Headquarters

Full Retreat: 7 am – 8 pm as scheduled
Evening Programs: Wednesday - Friday, 6-8 pm
Saturday Meditation Seminar & Kriya Yoga Initiation, 7 am – 4 pm

This four-day retreat is an opportunity to be immersed in spiritual practices that illumine the mind, balance the body, support well-being and offer the life-enhancing keys to Self- and God-realization. The retreat includes: Kriya Yoga philosophy, practice, & initiation; daily meditation sessions; hatha yoga classes; and experiential afternoon sessions to support a yogic lifestyle. Evening sessions include: chanting and meditation; an introduction to Yoga and Ayurveda for radiant living and; a spiritual movie & meditation night. 

The retreat includes:

  • Kriya Yoga philosophy, practice, and initiation
  • Daily meditation sessions
  • Hatha yoga classes
  • Mudra workshop
  • An evening of chanting
  • Introduction to Ayurveda, the science of healthy living

Vegetarian breakfast and lunch provided. Commute or stay in a hotel within walking distance of CSE. A few rooms are available onsite at the Lahiri Retreat House. Pre-registration is required. Register for the full retreat or evening programs only. All programs are offered on a donation basis.
