Freedom is the ability to utilize your environment to explore and express your infinite potential while engaging with the world. During this retreat day, Swami Bodhananda will share about moksha as this very concept, rather than something to be attained
in an afterlife or a future lifetime. He will outline seven spiritual laws that can help us to maintain calmness amidst the most demanding activities and daily stresses. The ultimate goal of these laws is to help us organize our lives for happiness
and freedom. This retreat day includes vegetarian lunch and dinner.
