During this retreat we will explore our relationship to the earth and the wholeness of life, from the philosophy and practice of Kriya Yoga. We will contemplate the essence of our being, the true Self, and awakening to the its deep connection to all life- especially in conscious stewardship of the environment, the earth, and its enlivening influences. There will be time for hatha yoga, meditation, philosophical and practice teachings, reflection, and time to renew ourselves in CSE's meditation gardens.

Vegetarian lunch provided. Retreat is offered on a donation basis.

Location: CSE Grace Building, on the corner of University and the Alameda.
