In this retreat you will learn and practice  meditation  and hatha yoga to support living a spiritually awake life.
 
The purpose of the CSE Young Adult Spiritual Alliance is to foster an environment for our rising generation of young adults, ages 18-32, to nurture spiritual growth, promote planetary awakening, and satisfy the innate yearning of the soul to experience wholeness.
 
Vegetarian lunch will be provided. Free Will offering.
