Four Week Series to Balance the SV Life
Four Thursdays, September 8 - 29, 7:00 - 8:15pm
$52 for the four part series, or $15 per class drop-in
$10 for full time student with ID and for seniors over 65 (show ID at the door)

This class is a blend of gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to support participants to learn how to balance effort with relaxation, on and off the mat. It’s a perfect way to unwind the nervous system after a full day and is suitable for anyone wanting to decompress, relax, destress, and restore optimal balance. 
 
Suzette K. Pangrle, PhD has been practicing yoga since 2005 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at CSE in 2008. She is currently a Meru Institute student with an emphasis in Yoga Studies. As Director of Engineering at a local Silicon Valley firm, Suzette understands the need to consciously bring balance to her life, and is passionate about sharing yoga with others, as a support for a having healthy, balanced lifestyle.
