YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Ten Weekends: September 12 thru November 15
Saturday and Sunday mornings • 7:00-11:30am

CSE's Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is offered in collaboration with Yoga Bharati. This training prepares the student to teach holistic yoga in the community. This course integrates the various aspects of yoga such as asanas, pranayama, purification practices, meditation techniques and the very essence of yogic literature along with philosophy into a holistic composite, thus enabling the student to understand and impart the knowledge of yoga in its entirety.

 • Bandhas, Mudras & Purifications
 • Adjusting and Assisting
 • Practicum: Teaching Experience
 • Introduction to Yoga Therapy

YTT may be for you if you would like to teach or lead hatha yoga, or deepen your personal practice.

Faculty: Yoga Bharati YTT Instructors, Yogacharya O'Brian, Rev. Sundari Jensen and other CSE Kriya Teachers

RYT-200 Certification: Yoga Alliance Certification may be earned by completing additional requirements beyond the ten week training. Additional requirements include additional related yoga philosophy courses at CSE which may be taken in person or online, as well as completion of yoga teaching practicum.
