Staying in touch with the benefits of superconscious meditation is a helpful support to keep us inspired to practice every day. Remind yourself to be good to yourself by meditating today and everyday.

Yogacharya Ellen Grace O'Brian

Yogacharya O’Brian is joined by ten CSE Meditation Teachers to practice and share the life-changing benefits of daily meditation practice.  Meditation is an essential practice to support healthy and awakened living. CSE’s annual meditation Sit-a-thon is a community-wide educational fundraising event that supports free resources, classes, and outreach for meditation instruction and practice for people around the world. We will engage in 21 days of intentional meditation practice (beginning October 24th) as we raise donations by sharing with family, friends and co-workers.

Ways to participate:

  1. Join a team: Share online educational materials about meditation with others. Share progress on the “Meditate More” website. Set a goal and invite friends to sponsor you with donations to CSE.
  2. Meditate: Enhance your practice by being part of the 21 day meditation program with over a hundred others beginning October 24th.
  3. Donate: Offer your financial support as a meditator or as a sponsor of someone who is meditating during the Sit-a-thon and provide essential resources that transforms lives.
  4. Attend the event with Yogacharya O’Brian on October 24th with your team.
