You are warmly invited to participate in our online meditation retreat, especially designed to strengthen inner peace, build resilience, encourage balance, and most importantly, provide an opportunity to experience the indwelling divine presence. This retreat will focus on time-tested tools for deep superconscious meditation and insights for spiritually conscious living.

  -  Guided Silent Meditations throughout the day
  -  Daily teaching sessions with Yogacharya O’Brian
  -  Easy to follow Hatha Yoga sessions
  -  Chanting and Meditation
  -  Support for healthy dietary choices and Walking Meditation
Please note: While we suggest attending all retreat sessions for the greatest benefit, we understand that people are dealing with many factors affecting schedules. We welcome you to attend any session you can for inspiration and spiritual support. Recordings will be available if live sessions are not convenient for you.

Times listed below are US Pacific Time. Retreat is available worldwide, in your time zone. Check the internet to determine the time difference in your state or country. For example, morning sessions will take place live 10am US Pacific, 1pm US Eastern, 6pm Central European Time.

Offered on donation basis.
You can offer a donation during the registration process, or via PayPal. You will also have an opportunity to contribute throughout the retreat.
