Theme: GRATITUDE
Join us for our YSE Sunday Program LIVE via Zoom! During this 8-week class, we will build spiritual friendships, share techniques for healthy living, and explore our theme of Gratitude. Gratitude opens our eyes to the goodness that is within
us and all around us. It is an easy-access doorway into realizing the ever-present support of God. Our children and staff will investigate and utilize this simple tool, while envisioning a world filled with grateful people. It is strongly suggested
that children attend all 8 weeks, as we will be creating our vision together. Come join us!

- Kriya Yoga Spiritual Teachings
- Meditation and Prayer
- Hatha Yoga
- Stories, Arts and Crafts
