Three Tuesdays, February 6, 13, 20, 6-9pm
Friday, March 2, 6-9pm
Saturday, March 3, 9am-3pm

Training includes philosophy, techniques, teaching skills, ethics, and practicum. Deepen your own meditation practice while you learn to teach meditation to others, lead guided meditations, and group meditations.

Participants will learn to:
• Lead a meditation group
• Teach basic meditation skills
• Use guided meditations in a group setting
