This silent retreat will focus on allowing the heart and mind to become quiet through silent sitting and walking meditation. It will include teachings on meditation, silence, and easeful action in harmony with the soul. When we learn how to welcome silence, we gain access to our inner resources and the power to live an inspired, truly fulfilling life.
Retreat includes:
- Guided silent meditations throughout the day
- Daily teaching sessions with Yogacharya O'Brian
- Easy to follow Qigong sessions with Acharya Paula Vandana Whang-Ramos
- Silent nature meditation and contemplation in the meditation garden
NOTE: The main sessions for this retreat are in-person only with Yogacharya. For ease of accommodations and travel to the Center, early morning and evening meditation sessions will be online from home. See schedule below.
Retreat Registration Fee: $75 (includes 3 vegetarian lunches)
Retreat Program Donation: Your registration fee covers basic administrative costs. You will have an opportunity to offer a donation for the retreat either during the registration process or during the retreat.

Arrive for the retreat between 9–9:30 AM Thursday. Retreat concludes 3:30 PM Saturday.
