Tuesday 02/16/2016 Reliance on God is accomplished by continually turning the mind and heart toward divine remembrance and in so doing, letting go of dependence on worldly supports. We cannot depend on both. Ellen Grace O'Brian
Wednesday 02/17/2016 The use of a mantra, or prayer word, allows us to channel our energy toward our divine nature. When negative mind states arise such as anxiety, anger, or fear we can use the energy of these emotions in a positive way through introducing the mantra into the mental field.
