The practice of giving opens the way to having enough by changing our consciousness from lack to abundance. One who believes they do not have enough to give, doesn't. One who realizes they have enough to give, will always have enough. Through giving we open the door to the flow of abundance from the Source.

Dana, or tithing, is very similar to establishing a meditation practice. We commit ourselves to giving on a regular basis because of who we are and our relationship to life. We do not give because we feel like giving. We give because we know we are not separate from the Source of all giving.
