Establishing a routine of meditation is similar to beginning an exercise program. At first the body and mind resist; then the positive benefits begin to influence our decision-making process. When the subtle pleasure, or bliss, of meditation permeates the mental field we start to want to meditate and miss it if we don’t. Persevering to this point, to establishing ourselves in a positive habit, brings us joy.

When we enter the temple we experience peace but it is our own inner peace that is revealed to us as we become quiet and receptive. The attitude of worship which is reverence and receptivity, builds temples wherever we go.
