The Bhagavad Gita (the Song of God) offers universal teachings that have nourished millions of truth seekers throughout the centuries who have embarked on this inner journey. The heart of its message is Self- and God-realization—how to know the truth about who we are and what God is and live in harmony with that knowing.

Join Yogacharya O'Brian in this inspiring exploration of some of the key themes found in the Bhagavad Gita—including how to experience inner peace, enhance your power of discernment, realize true happiness, and fulfill your destiny. Gita Class is offered freely every Thursday.
