This in-depth training with Acharya Sundari Jensen and CSE teachers will include inspiration from the lives of Kriya Yoga masters in our tradition, insight into the vision, mission, and purpose of Kriya Yoga and the essential role of superconscious meditation in it. Discover how Kriya Yoga philosophy and practices are essential for meeting the pressing needs of our time. Learn the techniques of superconscious meditation and how to effectively teach them, along with supportive guidelines and methods for healthy, fulfilled living.
 
This program is designed for disciples in the Kriya Yoga tradition who are ready for spiritual transformation and are inspired to teach and serve others.

Training includes daily meditation and teachings sessions with Acharya Sundari on the following topics:

    • Kriya Yoga Lineage, History, & Philosophy
    • The Role of Kriya Yoga in Our Awakening World
    • Superconscious Meditation and Yogic Practices
    • Teaching Skills and Ethics
    • The Importance of Vision and Magnetism
    • Sadhana for Kriya Yoga Meditation Teachers
    • Attunement for Disciples Who Teach
    • Kriya Yoga Initiation Blessing Ceremony

      Completion of this course and the follow-up practicum requirements qualifies participants for certification through CSE Headquarters as a CSE Kriya Yoga Meditation Teacher.

      Applicants must be a Kriya Yoga initiate, have taken the formal steps of discipleship in our tradition of Kriya Yoga, and be inspired to teach Kriya Yoga meditation and/or lead a Kriya Yoga meditation group.

      STUDY PRE-REQUISITES

          APPLICATION FEE: $50 (nonrefundable)
          Enrollment period: April 2 – July 16, 2026. Register below to receive an application.

          PROGRAM TUITION: $1,200
          Tuition includes training program, training materials, and all meals.

          PROGRAM LOCATION
          This program is being held in-person at Center for Spiritual Enlightenment in San Jose, CA. Onsite lodging is available at an additional cost for those traveling from a distance.
