Awaken to the One is a new weekly Sunday morning gathering designed to nourish the heart and awaken spiritual awareness through sacred music, meditation, and inspired teachings. Each program offers universal spiritual insights rooted in the
Kriya Yoga tradition, music that uplifts, heals, and attunes us to the presence of Spirit, and a period of silent meditation to deepen inner attunement.
Together, these elements create a devotional and contemplative experience that supports
inner renewal and spiritual alignment. Awaken to the One is offered on Sundays when Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian is not offering Satsang.
