Once the destination is clear, a wise person selects the route most consistent with their goal and then follows it. Commitment to one's chosen spiritual path is essential. Trying to follow a number of paths, even though they are compatible, dissipates energy and leads to confusion. With unwavering dedication, firm resolve, and faith, press on.

Every day something is added. Practice letting go on all levels. Release possessions that are no longer needed, let go of habits that no longer serve your highest good, and relinquish thoughts that are not consistent with your highest good.

The presence of Love calls us home to itself, invites us to recognize who we are, and encourages us to live from that place in consciousness. In the Torah it is written, "Eternal love I conceived for you then, therefore I continue my grace to you."--Divine love is eternally given. Surrendering to love is receiving it in this moment and letting its light shine through us.

Nothing takes the place of deep, daily, divine meditation. Begin the day in God, return your awareness to God throughout the day, and end the day with a prayer of gratitude. When we live this way, we experience God's nearness as our divine friend and constant companion.

Conscience and compassion grows as awareness grows. Before awakening spiritually, it is possible to do things that are harmful to others and ourselves without knowing. Once we become aware, we become increasingly uncomfortable with harmful behavior. If we remain steady on the spiritual path, the discomfort of being out of integrity will prompt us to change our behavior.

The physical body is wise. The wisdom of Divine Consciousness dwells within the body temple. Listen for God in your body today. What is the body saying? What can the body teach us?
