We can observe "instant karma" when the consequences of our actions return to us immediately. We yell at someone and they yell back, or we offer a kind word and one is returned to us. Kind thoughts and pure loving actions bring peace to us in the moment and plant the seeds of future happiness.

Worry, regret, and self-doubt cause the mind to run in circles, like a dog chasing its tail. The only result is fatigue. Faith and self-confidence enhance our energy and help us to achieve our worthy goals.
