To pray effectively, let go of any belief in the power of a problem and instead put your attention on the One Power that is the source of all healing. Then receive this grace filled power and change your mind and consciousness. Pray until you feel the peace and bliss of the divine presence.

When we engage in prayer, the mind which was once so fascinated by the problem begins to seek Truth. Soon the problem falls away. It no longer exists when we enter divine communion. Resting in God's truth, beyond mental struggle, the sense of separate self drops away and the prayer is answered.
