Aplomb is alignment along a plumb line. In this series of classes we practice basic yoga poses and stretches that extend the spine, respecting the plumb line. We apply it to

classes with personal evaluation and hands-on instruction.

Thea Sawyer has studied posture, alignment and yoga in California, France and India since 1991. She is a CA certified yoga teacher, a certified Balance and Aplomb instructor and the author of the book “Put Your Back at Ease, Pain-free posture for fitness and health” (available on Amazon)
