CSE’s 2nd Annual 1,008+ Rays of Light Meditation and Yoga Festival is a community-wide educational event that offers free resources, classes, and outreach for meditation instruction and practice for people around the world.
This year's Festival continues our campaign to teach more than 1,008 people how to meditate. You are warmly invited to join us in this joyous and important endeavor by participating in all or any part of our Yoga and Meditation Festival Event on Saturday,
November 2, 2019. The day will include:
MEDITATION SESSIONS IN THE TEMPLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY (6:30 am to 6:30 pm)
• Each session includes chanting, prayers, and meditation
• Sessions begin on the hour: 6:30 am, 7:30, 8:30,
etc.
• Inspirational Message from Yogacharya at 10:30am
• Opening & Closing Ritual Sessions at 6:30am and 5:30pm
• Kirtan during the final session at 5:30 pm
• Meditation Sessions will be streamed live (click here)
