Anger, lust, and greed are the result of misdirected soul force. The ego, instead of following the soul's inspiration, attempts to dominate life though partnership with the senses. When the light of the soul guides the ego, we are freed from the sway of those troublesome emotions. The key is intentional surrender of the ego to the soul's wisdom.
