As a spiritual practice, seek to discover the intention and motive behind your words. Let us pay attention not only to what we say but why we say it. What is it that is speaking in us? Is love speaking? Or is hatred, jealousy, or insecurity speaking?

The awakened ones such as Jesus and Buddha remained silent on the great spiritual questions. Not because they did not know, but because they did. God-realization is experienced beyond the mind, in the silence of the soul. Looking for answers takes you farther from the truth.
