Truth fills our life with the vibrant energy of the soul. Truthfulness is the highway to manifestation. When we live and speak the truth there is no interference between Spirit and soul, mind and matter. Without interference, the inherent creative abilities of the soul manifest freely.

The mind finds rest from the storms of worry by taking refuge in God. A mantra can connect us with this sheltering presence. When a mantra is used regularly, it becomes a habit. In a moment of darkness the mantra rises to the mind as a gift of light.

What causes us to react unkindly when someone is angry? Restlessness. When the mind is agitated, we cannot perceive the unity of life. This leads to defending an imaginary separate self.

We can free ourselves and others from the shadow play of separation by bringing the light of peace into a tense moment. Seeing ourselves in others turns up the light.

Look upon all equally. Seeing the one life in all is recognizing the body of God. As our own body has different parts but belongs to one organism, so the divine life has many separate parts, making up the spiritual vision we experience as life.
