Saturday 09/13/2003 In the experience of true meditation, the mind yields from the fluctuation of intellectual activity to rest in its spiritual base--the pure, still, light of the Self. This resting in pure awareness harmonizes the physical, mental and emotional aspects of our being with the true Self. We are then naturally led to clear understanding and right action. Rev. Sunday 09/14/2003 As we open ourselves to truth, as we cultivate the willingness to sit in the silence and wait upon the direct perception of the Self, we are lifted from identification with mind and body.
