Take time from your busy life. Turn down the noise. Power off the distractions. Still your mind. Turn within and let the wisdom of the soul do the talking. Dedicate one day to dive deeply into meditation and experience transformation from the inside out!

Winter solstice is a time to pause and reflect, a time to cultivate vitality and take extra care to nurture ourselves. Moving into stillness, we can return to our lives refreshed and strengthened for the new year to come. This silent retreat day will include instruction, practice, reflection, and connection.

Acharya Sundari Jensen met her guru, Yogacharya O’Brian, in 1992. She is a Senior Kriya Yoga Teacher and has offered meditation classes and retreats for over 20 years. Acharya Jensen is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Vedic Counselor, and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist.

NURTURE YOURSELF WITH A PRIVATE RETREAT

We have arranged conditions for you to experience self-care with a private retreat at the Center. Our Private Meditation & Spiritual Practice Retreats offer a sense of spaciousness in a pristine natural environment to restore vitality and bring greater clarity to mind and body. The structure of our retreat programs provides the opportunity to immerse yourself in spiritual practices and directly experience the transformation that is possible as you explore the unfolding of the true Self.

•  Includes morning and afternoon meditation, hatha yoga, and classes when available.
•  Accommodations include private rooms with a shared bathroom.
•  Breakfast foods are provided. Retreatants prepare their lunch and dinner.
•  Apply to be on retreat for 2-6 days, 1-2 weeks, month, or an extended period.
