This retreat is for those who are prepared to take a committed step on their spiritual path. Registration and attendance at all sessions is required to participate.

The radiance of our essential Self illumines the mind, awakens our intuition, clarifies our discernment, brings vitality to the body, balance to our emotions, and harmony to our relationships. Kriya Yoga is a philosophy and practice for transforming our experience of life from the troubles created by the ego-self to the freedom and joy of the soul.

Join Yogacharya O'Brian for this opportunity to be immersed in spiritual practices that illumine the mind, balance the body, support well-being and offer the life-enhancing keys to Self- and God-realization. The retreat includes:

      -  Kriya Yoga philosophy, practice, & initiation
      -  Instruction in mantra, pranayama, and superconscious meditation
      -  Tools and guidelines for increasing vitality and overall well-being
      -  Methods for insight and experience of higher realities
      -  Daily meditation sessions
      -  Easy to follow gentle Hatha Yoga sessions and dietary guidelines
      -  Instruction for creating a conducive home environment for retreat 


    This retreat will be livestreamed online for all participants. We are also offering a hybrid option to attend a portion of the retreat in-person, which includes the Thursday evening opening session, morning sessions, lunch, and afternoon sessions. Morning meditation, hatha yoga, and Friday/Saturday evening sessions will be online only for all participants.

    Overnight Option: Give yourself a truly immersive retreat experience and apply to stay onsite at CSE overnight and attend all sessions in person. Limited space available. ( APPLY HERE)

    Registration fees covers basic administrative costs. The retreat itself is offered on a donation basis to support the CSE ministry and to continue offering programs like this one. You can offer a donation during the registration process. You will also have an opportunity to contribute throughout the retreat.
