In this Sunday program our focus is on the education of heart and mind through spiritually inspiring stories, yoga, and cooperative play. Our time together will begin with yoga practice and storytelling which promote a peaceful body and mind, health, concentration, and character development. To conclude, our youth will celebrate this time in community through collaborative play which encourages communication, creativity, and connection. Come join us as we grow in wholeness together.

Daniel Sanjay Duarte, RYT-500 has studied closely with Yogacharya O’Brian since 2014 and graduated from Meru Institute with an M.Div in Yoga Studies in 2018. Sanjay has served in the Youth Spiritual Education program since 2016 which included leading spiritual lessons for our youth summer yoga camp and supporting our Teen Rite of Passage program. Sanjay is a certified hatha yoga teacher and a CSE certified meditation instructor. Outside of CSE he has worked over 8 years in education and currently teaches kids yoga classes as well as elementary school Physical Education in Los Gatos.
