The Self, the conscious reality of our being, observes our thoughts and emotions. Know you are that ever-conscious witness. Perceive the messages of thoughts and emotions without getting lost in them. If you find yourself thinking, "I am angry" or "I am happy", ask yourself: "Who is observing?"
