Jealousy arises from selfishness. When we are surrendered to God, we see others as partners in the divine plan designed for everyone's success. Then, how can we be jealous? Dedication to the success of others assures our own.

The mind finds rest from the storms of worry by taking refuge in God. A mantra can connect us with this sheltering presence. When a mantra is used regularly, it becomes a habit. In a moment of darkness the mantra rises to the mind as a gift of light.
