To work for peace and non-violence in our world is a perfect task for one who would practice karma yoga. Those attached to results either do not begin such work because they not believe it is possible to achieve or they attempt to force solutions, ultimately contributing to the violence they would eradicate. Practicing karma yoga, or selfless service, one can begin.

When we get stuck in what we want we lose energy. When we are able to follow the process, and discern what God wants, energy is increased and work is accomplished without great effort.
