Suspending the driver's license of the senses takes courage. We become so used to the familiar places they take us that we imagine we will suffer if we do not follow their lead. But when the soul leads the journey, the senses follow along and new vistas of freedom and joy open up before us.

Both good and bad habits are the children of our thought process. We bring them into being and support with attention. Then we become convinced they are a part of us we cannot do without. We can change any habit once we see clearly how we created it.
