Monday 11/03/2003 When our life is out of balance--too much food, sleep, action, or inaction--the body and mind become occupied with attempting to regain equilibrium and the energy necessary to focus dynamically and achieve success is not available to us. Sunday 11/09/2003 We are used to living by moving from the fulfillment of one desire to the next. It seems nearly impossible to imagine a life free from desire.
