Joy is found in unity. Even relationships that are woven together by common love for God can be torn asunder by ego's weapon of gossip. Guard against speech that divides. Build bridges of divine love with conscious speech.

Practice discernment. Choose thoughts, words, and actions that contribute to spiritual awakening. A peaceful mind and healthy body are treasured vehicles for the journey of spiritual awakening. Learn to care for them wisely. Instead of asking: Do I want this? Ask: Will this contribute to health and well-being?
