Walking Meditation

Walking the Radiant Path

The Radiant Path offers a contemplative walk through CSE’s meditation gardens. Ten shrines along the pathway provide points for personal reflection on the universal ethical principles from the teachings of Kriya Yoga known as the restraints and observances. Contemplating our natural inclinations toward truthful and compassionate living supports the realization of our essential, spiritual nature and the recognition of our oneness with the Infinite.

Walking the Labyrinth

As part of the Center's meditation gardens, the labyrinth is intended to provide a sacred space where seekers may come for insight, healing, meditation, and celebration. If you have not walked a labyrinth before, click here for instructions.

The Center's labyrinth and Radiant Path are open from dawn to dusk, seven days a week for individuals and small groups. Larger groups should schedule time by calling the Center during office hours.
