  •  9:00  Rest or Exercise (independently)
  • 11:00 Morning Session
  • 12:30 Lunch
  •  1:30  Karma Yoga Service
  •  2:30  Contemplation
  •  4:30  Hatha Yoga (optional)
  •  5:30  Meditation
  •  6:00  Dinner
  •  7:00  Evening Session
