This free class offers instruction in the philosophy and practice of superconscious meditation for enhanced health, well-being and spiritual growth. All are welcome.

Classes are offered online Sundays, 1 PM - 2 PM, generally on a monthly basis. See 2022 schedule below. Registration is required.
