Pain free Posture with Thea Sawyer Location: Yoga Room

$80 (for entire series, save $20) or $25 drop-in

As you look around, you'll notice that nearly everyone is misaligned when they stand or sit or bend forward. Perhaps you see it in yourself. Or you realize you're in pain or discomfort no matter what you try.
• Learn a way to be at ease in your body, one that is pain free, liberating and eye-opening!
• Practice gentle yoga stretches to regain flexibility
• Attend small classes with personal evaluation and hands-on instruction.

About the instructor:
Thea Sawyer has studied posture, alignment and yoga in California, France and India since 1991. She is a CA certified yoga teacher, a certified Balance and Aplomb instructor and the author of the book
