Yoga for Everyday Life
with Thea Sawyer
Six Thursdays
November 12 - December 17, 2020
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (PT)
Sit in comfort. Stand tall. Bend safely and easily. Relieve neck and shoulder pain. Look and feel good!
In these classes, we will practice basic yoga poses and stretches that emphasize alignment with the line of gravity. This means harmony in everything you do, more comfort, less pain. Every class we will work on a part of your body.
You can then extend that focus during the rest of the week in all your activities.
November 12: Using the Roller for Self-maintenance
November 19: Forward Bend and the Pelvis
November 26: Sitting
December 3: Backbend and Reclining
December 17: Shoulders and Neck
