Chanting with Rev. Priya and Francisca begins at 10:00 AM and meditation starts promptly at 10:30 AM. Meditation is supported by gentle, periodic guidance using simple techniques for stilling the mind. After meditation, there is an inspirational reading followed by a time of facilitated group sharing. Words to the chants are provided. No prior meditation experience is needed.

Offered on a donation basis.
Suggested donation is $12.
