KRIYA YOGA MEDITATION RETREAT

Join Yogacharya O'Brian for this opportunity to be immersed in spiritual practices that illumine the mind, balance the body, support well-being and offer the life-enhancing keys to Self- and God-realization.
The retreat includes:
- Kriya Yoga philosophy, practice, & initiation
- Daily meditation sessions
- Easy to follow gentle Hatha Yoga sessions
HYBRID ZOOM + ONSITE OPTION
The full retreat will be available on Zoom. However, a portion of the retreat is being offered onsite in the Temple of the Eternal Way at CSE for a limited number of people who are fully vaccinated (including the post two-week period). Hybrid sessions include: Morning Sessions, Lunch, and Afternoon Sessions. All Meditation, Hatha Yoga, and Evening sessions will be on ZOOM ONLY. Masks will be optional and chairs will be socially distanced. A vegetarian box lunch will be provided each day. Pre-registration required. Onsite registration NOT available.
RETREAT PROGRAM OFFERED ON DONATION BASIS
Registration fee covers basic administrative costs. The retreat itself is offered on a donation basis to support the CSE ministry and to continue offering online programs like this one. You can offer a donation during the registration
process or donate here
at anytime. You will also have an opportunity to contribute throughout the retreat.
