“Because there is nothing besides God’s body, I try to show reverence for all things.”
—St. Francis of Assisi
When we awaken to the truth of the one life we share with all that is, reverence naturally arises. On Earth Day, we consciously honor this sacred relationship with Mother Earth—recognizing that our bodies are formed of the very elements of the Earth itself.
As we care for the Earth, we care for our own Being. Tat tvam asi—Thou art That. Not two. One. We are the Earth, aware of itself, honoring and loving itself. Living in this way, every day becomes Earth Day.
During this experiential afternoon, you are invited to:
- Deepen your connection with Mother Earth through gentle movement
- Walk the Radiant Path as a contemplative practice of reverence
- Learn a simple, practical way to honor Mother Earth in your own garden
